The AUB-GHI’s online interactive PSM provides a comprehensive view of the multi-sectoral individuals and organizations working in epidemic and pandemic preparedness in the Arab World. The categorization of the different stakeholders was adapted from the ECDC framework. The PSM does not include researchers from the region working in the field of epidemic and pandemic preparedness. These are available in our Epidemic and Pandemic Preparedness Collaboration Portal. Powered by Kumu, a cutting-edge system mapping tool, the map is continuously updated based on country-specific user feedback and yearly stakeholder documentation review.
The map consists of elements (nodes) and connections (links). The elements are organizations (grey nodes) and individuals (color filled nodes) as shown in the legend above the map. The connection (links) represents the relationship between elements (for example, individual working in an organization).
Zoom in or out of the map by clicking on plus or minus icon, respectively. To view the map in full screen, press the icon with two arrows pointing to each other. To reposition the view of the map, click and move the map background.
