“Iraqibacter”: Anthropological approaches to war, injury, and infection

The Conflict Medicine Program team attended a workshop with the goal of developing an interdisciplinary research program focused on the emerging problem of multidrug resistant Acinetobacter baumanii (also known as “Iraqibacter”; or MDRAb) infections, usually found in war injuries. The workshop took place on 20-21 February 2017 in Paris, France.
