CONNECT-MENA

Conflict Organizations Network for Engagement and Collaboration in The MENA region

ABOUT

CONNECT-MENA is an online stakeholder database developed by the Conflict Medicine Program (CMP) at the Global Health Institute (GHI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB). The platform provides a structured overview of organizations working in conflict-affected and fragile settings, with a focus on health and humanitarian response across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The database captures multi-sectoral actors engaged in service delivery across conflict contexts. It includes organizations operating in Lebanon, Syria, the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Iraq, Yemen, and Libya, offering a regional perspective on institutions working to address health and humanitarian challenges in conflict settings.

CONNECT-MENA focuses specifically on organizational stakeholders, providing a searchable overview of actors operating across the region. Through interactive filters, users can explore organizations by country, organization type, sector, and locality.

Powered by Looker Studio, the interactive table is designed as a living resource and is periodically updated through structured review and user feedback to reflect the evolving landscape of conflict-related health and humanitarian action.
