ABOUT
The ‘Utilizing a Responsible AI-Based Chatbot to Enhance Sexual, Reproductive, and Maternal Health Outcomes in Lebanon: A Comprehensive Approach’ project is an 18-month project led by the research team at the Salemtak Primary Healthcare Center in Lebanon, supported by the Global Health Institute (GHI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB), and funded by the Canadian International Development Research Centre (IDRC). This project aims to improve the sexual, reproductive, and maternal health (SRMH) outcomes of adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) across diverse communities through leveraging an Artificial Intelligence powered chatbot that provides women with accessible and accurate information about SRMH education and services.
