Sijilli is a mobile electronic personal health record created for Syrian refugees by the Global Health Institute and EPIC

If you are a health provider and you would like to access and/or add medical notes to the personal electronic health record of your patient, click here.
Note: The patient should grant you permission to access his/her personal electronic health record as you will have to answer security questions that are personal to the patient.

Note: To access your record, you will have to answer personal security questions. Please note that you will not be able to edit or change any existing information in the record, nor will you be able to add any new information to it.
