ABOUT THE GLOBAL HEALTH FORUM

The GHI’s Biennial Global Health Forum (GHF) aims to draw special attention to global health challenges in low and middle-income countries (LMICs) most of which are geographically located in the Global South. The overall goal of the forum is to enhance and shape the global health dialogue, specifically for challenges facing the Middle East and North Africa region. To achieve this goal the Global Health Forum aims to:

Create an open platform for policy makers, global health professionals, academics and the private sector to engage in global health discussions and solutions, especially for challenges pertaining to LMICs

Convene stakeholders from various disciplines to share ideas and practical cases to address global health challenges in the LMIC context

Showcase applications of global health either originating in or applicable to LMICs
