The purpose of this request for expression of interest (EOI) is to identify potential partners through a competitive pre-selection process. This partnership agreement is to govern the arrangements between WFP and the Cooperating Partner (CP), for the direct implementation of food assistance programmes, setting forth the technical design, beneficiaries targeting and selection, activities supervision, food distribution and price monitoring.
