LEB-CAAP is inviting Lebanese community-based organizations (CBOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) headquartered at the local level to propose initiatives that contribute to inclusive, transparent, and accountable local governance by driving civic activism for rights-based change through community-municipal engagement.
