UNICEF is announcing a call for partnership to complement income support for people with disabilities with enhanced access to essential social services through strengthening the identification, linkages, and referrals to existing complimentary services. The central objective of this work is to test and roll-out Social Grants programme that becomes firmly embedded within the national social protection system.
