UNESCO is announcing a call for proposals to help younger generations counter disinformation and hate speech and promote media and information literacy plus access to information, especially during elections. UNESCO Beirut office would like to spread awareness among young generations and increase their capacities on combating hate speech and disinformation through the production of a social media section for the youth and by the youth.
