The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the program entitled Higher EducationScholarships Phase Two (HES-II), an activity under the umbrella of the Higher Education Advancement and Development (HEAD) project. The purpose of the HEAD project is to improve the effectiveness of educational institutions in order to enhance Lebanon’s economic stability and prosperity through skill development opportunities and stronger higher education institutions.
