The European Commission (EC) has announced a call for proposals to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms in Lebanon and to contribute to the full enjoyment by everyone of all human rights, civil, political, economic, social or cultural rights. As well as, creating and maintaining an environment conducive to the full exercise of all fundamental freedoms, online and offline.
