This call for proposal aims to improve the well-being of the Syrian refugees and vulnerable local communities with a particular attention to children and women in Lebanon, supporting the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) and 32 Social Development Centres (SDCs) through a strategy of intervention based on two interlinked pillars: 1- Technical Assistance and institutional capacity building to MoSA and SDCs, 2- Provision of social services to local communities through SDCs and local NGOs.
