The Embassy of Finland in Beirut is seeking proposals to support Lebanese civil society initiatives for development through the Fund for Local Cooperation (FLC). The FLC will support projects that promote the rights of people belonging to the most vulnerable groups (especially the LGBTIQ+ -community and Palestinian refugees) as well as, projects that strengthen inclusive, peaceful and democratic societies.
