The IRC aims to establish one partnership with one local NGO through an open competitive selection process, in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas, to achieve the following outcomes: provision of Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) services for persons with disabilities, and thhe provision of Community-Based Rehabilitation services for older persons.
