The IRC aims to establish one partnership with one local NGO through an open competitive selection process, in Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas. The partnership aims to achieve the following outcomes: assistance to Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) , and building the capacity and financing for NGO-running Primary Health Care Centers.
