DRL is welcoming proposals that support exchange and collaboration among LGBTQI+ CSOs and activists in the target countries specified, particularly between CSOs and activists from countries with differing environments for the protection of rights of LGBTQI+ individuals, in order to support the growth of nascent and heavily repressed LGBTQI+ movements.
