The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) is announcing an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for a project that will support civil society and independent media to advocate and hold governments accountable by promoting and strengthening the ability of individuals to exercise their fundamental freedoms of expression, association, and peaceful assembly free from harassment, intimidation, and physical harm.
