Financial Management refers to the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enterprise. All staff, program personnel, and even board members have a shared responsibility to ensure proper financial management. This course equips professionals working in NGOs with an understanding of financial management practices, accounting, internal control, budgeting, and auditing.
