Description

This course is designed to help develop the skills needed to effectively design, plan, and manage MEAL programs for NGOs. MEAL supports program managers in planning the monitoring of progress in activity implementation against planned targets, evaluating progress toward expected results, and utilizing this information to continuously learn, adapt, and report to stakeholders.

This course enables participants to define the MEAL cycle and its components, and to understand the MEAL phase model design, including logic models such as the Theory of Change (ToC), Results Framework (RF), and Logical Framework. It also supports participants in developing a MEAL plan and describing data collection, learning, and reporting processes, including the tools used, frequency of collection, responsible staff, and quality assurance measures. The course further covers how to analyze MEAL data and use it to inform management decisions, strengthen communication, and promote accountability. Enroll now
