This online self-study course will develop the learner’s knowledge of good practice in learning and development. It includes activities that focus on the practical development and application of facilitation skills and learning design in the humanitarian context, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa region. The course also touches upon the design and delivery of learning activities that optimize learning whether in virtual or face to face settings.
