What does asynchronous learning mean?
Asynchronous learning means that you can access and complete lectures, readings, homework, and other learning materials at your own pace and does not include a live video lecture component.

What is the passing grade for each course? What can I do in case I failed to meet the examination requirements?
When undertaking any examination, the passing grade will be noted. You can repeat a failed examination once. If you fail an exam a second time, please contact us on ghi.academy@aub.edu.lb
What happens if I need to pause or stop while taking a course?
Any progress made will be automatically saved as long as you are connected to the internet.
Is there a deadline for completing courses?
You will have one year to complete the courses from the day you enroll. If you need more time, please contact us on academy.ghi@aub.edu.lb
What are the payment methods available?
After registering your course/certificate/diploma, our team will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with your payment. Options include online payment or bank transfer.
What computer skills do I need for my course?
The online learning platform is designed to be user friendly. You need basic computer skills like using a web browser and navigating web pages.
Are scholarships available?
Any scholarship offered will be mentioned in the course/certificate/diploma page. You can also regularly check our social media pages for offers or scholarships.
How long are the completion certificates valid for?
Completion certificates do not expire, but best practices suggest a renewal period of 3 years for training.
When completing a diploma/certificate, do I get certification for each course of the whole certificate/diploma only?
While completing your diploma/certificate, you automatically receive a certificate of completion for each course you complete. The certification for the whole diploma or certificate is issued once all required courses have been completed.
