The Global Health Institute (GHI) at the American University of Beirut (AUB) is pleased to host an upcoming webinar titled "Human Trafficking and Victim Support: Protection, Vulnerability, and Victim-Centered Response Mechanisms." Organized by the AUB Non-Governmental Organizations Initiative (NGOi) and the GHI Academy Division, this webinar will bring together experts and practitioners to examine the evolving landscape of human trafficking and victim support.

The session will explore key legal frameworks, common forms of exploitation, and indicators of trafficking, while highlighting victim-centered and rights-based approaches to identification, referral, protection, and support services. Participants will gain insights into the challenges and opportunities surrounding anti-trafficking efforts, with particular attention to the Lebanese context and broader international response mechanisms.
