The event offered a unique platform for policymakers, researchers, and humanitarian practitioners to collectively address the gap between research, policy and practice in refugee health. The forum featured global case study presentations and a moderated panel discussion among key stakeholders.

This event represents a significant step forward toward sustainable and inclusive healthcare for displaced populations. By fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, it aims to address the unique healthcare challenges faced by these communities. Through shared knowledge, resources, and innovative solutions, the initiative aims to create a more equitable healthcare landscape, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, has access to the care they need.

The workshop reviewed current SRH and MHPSS research and programmatic efforts in Lebanon, exchanging lessons learned from initiatives such as the SEEK pilot, and collectively identify research priorities. Through participatory discussions and breakout sessions, participants co-developed a structured and contextually relevant research framework to guide future evidence-based decision-making, programming, and policy formulation.
