The Non-Governmental Organizations Initiative (NGOi) at the AUB Global Health Institute is offering a new in-person course on Project & Program Management for NGOs. This course is designed to empower NGOs staff working on planning, managing and implementing projects in NGOs with the international common practices, skills, knowledge and techniques needed to develop a project schedule and manage the project timeline within the allocated budget and resources. Participants will also be introduced to how to identify, assess and mitigate potential projects’ risks. From project initiation to closure, participants will be equipped with proven techniques and tools for maximizing resources, managing stakeholders, and achieving impactful outcomes within the NGO sector.
