Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the membership service provided by the NGOi. Your access to and use of the membership is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
By accessing and using the membership, you confirm your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the NGOi membership service. These Terms apply to all users without any exceptions.
By using the NGOi membership service, you undertake and warrant that
- all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate;
- you shall maintain the accuracy of such information;
- you shall keep your password confidential and be responsible for all use of your password and account;
- you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use this Website;
- your use of the NGOi services does not violate any applicable law or regulation set by Lebanon or the American University of Beirut (AUB).
You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the NGOi website’s membership registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update registration data. In case the information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, NGOi has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the membership.
NGOi expressly reserves the right to reject any application should an applicant violate Lebanon or AUB’s policies.
The NGOi team reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Should these terms be subject to any change or revision, you will be notified at least seven days prior to putting into effect any new terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
