Description
This course will discuss the basics of financial management and accounting with a special focus on budgeting and reporting for humanitarian projects. It will cover planning, collection, analysis and reporting of financial data. It will use a variety of modalities including short presentations, discussions, exercises, and case studies. It will then culminate with a small project demonstrating knowledge of budgetary planning and financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
