NGOi’s Training and Capacity Building services offer a variety of workshops, courses, certificates, and diplomas that aim to empower individuals in the non-profit community. Courses are delivered by experienced professionals and consultants.

COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
This program provides professionals working in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) with an intensive comprehensive training on the ten standards adopted by the organizational certification service of the NGO initiative. Through this program, learners will be able to understand and apply the operational implementation of the different criteria within each of the standards to be able to meet the requirements of the organizational certification.
CERTIFICATES
NGOi Training and Capacity Building offerings will be delivered through a variety of approaches including face-to-face, online, blended, among others. The programs will be based on adult learning methodology with a mix of presentations, lectures, group exercises, hands-on activities, reflective discussions, role play and case studies.
DIPLOMAS
NGO Leadership and Management Diploma
Objective:
The Diploma in NGO Leadership and Management is for individuals who wish to strengthen their management and leadership capabilities and improve their career prospects.
The courses offered are designed for individuals who have had little or no formal management training, those with management aspirations, those moving into a role with management responsibilities, and managers at all levels who want to strengthen their management knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
To earn the NGO Leadership and Management Diploma, enrolled professionals should complete a total of 256 hours (8 courses) from any of the 4 certificates offered.
